Most performance breakdowns aren't random.

High-output people feel fine until they don't. The fatigue, the plateau, the recovery that stopped working, the injury that won't fully heal. these are rarely the actual problem. They're signals. The body has been compensating for a load it can no longer absorb.

The clinical name for this is allostatic load: the cumulative burden placed on your regulatory systems when demand persistently exceeds your capacity to adapt. Conventional workups consistently miss it because they look at single systems in isolation. They see normal labs and tell you you're fine.

My work is identifying where that load is accumulating in you specifically, tracing it upstream to the mechanism, and restoring capacity before the compensation pattern becomes permanent.
